The Federal Government has welcomed 190 Nigerians repatriated from the United Arab Emirates.
The returnees arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at 5:59 a.m. and were received by a team of government officials led by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
Upon arrival, the returnees underwent profiling and documentation by relevant agencies. They were also advised to conduct themselves with decorum and responsibility upon their return to Nigeria.
In a statement, NEMA North Central Director Bashir Idris Garga, speaking on behalf of the Director General, urged all Nigerians to act as exemplary ambassadors of their country, upholding the values of patriotism, rule of law, decency, and integrity.
