Alia Creates Favorable Environment for Women to Thrive – APC

The National Women Leader of the All-Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Mary Alile-Idele, has praised Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia for fostering an environment that enables women in the state to succeed in both public and private sectors.

Dr. Alile-Idele made this statement in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, during the launch of her nationwide initiative, “Project 774 Explode,” aimed at empowering women in politics.

She highlighted Governor Alia’s dedication to the “Project 774 Explode Initiative” as evidence of his commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable Benue State.

She noted that the governor has provided financial assistance to over 5,000 women across the 23 local government areas of Benue State, demonstrating his support for women’s entrepreneurial endeavors.

“We commend the governor for offering opportunities for women to thrive within his administration and for his entrepreneurial support for women in the state,” Dr. Alile-Idele stated. “His steadfast support for ‘Project 774 Explode’ is inspiring and will undoubtedly strengthen and empower the women’s community in Benue State.”

The “Project 774 Explode Initiative” is a nationwide campaign aimed at mobilizing and empowering women in politics across Nigeria’s 774 local government areas.

The primary objective of the project is to enhance women’s participation in politics by ensuring that female members of the APC are actively involved in political activities and decision-making processes.
